We service a diverse client base ranging from larger institutional investors, for profit and not for profit groups and individual property owners. Valuation and consultancy advice is provided for finance, acquisition, disposal and reporting requirements.

Simon has more than 25 years experience in property valuation and consultancy and over the last 15 years has been extensively involved in the aged care sector. Simon previously spent 20 years with Jones Lang LaSalle being part of its national aged care team before joining the firm in 2013.

Simon has a broad range of experience in the valuation of aged care facilities (going concern) and retirement villages (DMF assessment) for both mortgage security and financial reporting purposes. They include a wide range of property sizes and types including project related valuations for proposed developments using feasibility modelling, large mixed use aged care sites that comprise residential aged care, resident funded and/or entry contribution/rental housing.

Simon is an aged care specialist panel valuer for most of the major banks and has undertaken work for a range of clients including corporates, not for profit groups, institutions and privates.

Laila Burnet

Laila has been working as a Property Valuer since 1997 providing a range of valuation services in both the residential and commercial sectors.

Laila also spent five years managing and operating her own Real Estate Practice in Adelaide before moving to Melbourne in 2005.

Laila currently works within the Health, Aged Care and Seniors Living areas as a Valuer. She specialises in providing valuation and property advice in relation to seniors accommodation, in particular existing and proposed retirement villages, and low and high care aged care.

Laila additionally provides assistance to the residential development team.
