We service listed property developers, syndicated development groups, major financiers and government departments providing valuation and consultancy advice for asset management and security purposes.

We also specialise in financial modelling and due diligence reporting for acquisition offering ongoing consultancy support for rating, taxation and compensation purposes.

Luana has worked in the valuation industry since 2001, and has experience across a broad range of asset types.

In particular, Luana specialises in advising on residential land subdivisions and unit/apartment developments across Melbourne. She has undertaken feasibility studies and sensitivity analysis and is proficient in the latest computer analysis techniques.

Projects that we have had valuation/property advisory involvement with includes land subdivisions from 100 lots and apartment projects from 25 apartments up to 550 apartments.

In addition Luana has undertaken compensation assessments and provided strategic advice in respect of statutory assessments for a range of residential land holdings.
