Michael has over 25 years experience in the property sector incorporating roles with Government, Financial and Corporate Institutions which has given him a broad and diverse skill set.

Michael has extensive valuation and consulting experience in all area of residential, commercial, retail and industrial real estate within the City of Adelaide and metropolitan areas including CBD office buildings, motels/caravan parks, portfolio valuations and rental valuations.

More specifically, Michael has developed a detailed knowledge and skill set within the Tourist Accommodation (motel and caravan Parks), multi -level car parks, student accommodation and child care property markets having undertaken valuation and consultancy assignments for a range of local and national clients. Such assignments include freehold leasehold and going concern interests, more recently involving the following:

Dan has been active in the real estate investment industry since 1985, gaining experience across a broad spectrum of sectors.

He has provided expert advice and direction on major properties and developments around Australia and in North America. More recently he has built a network of clients and contacts in Asia, particularly in Singapore and Malaysia.

Dan has extensive experience in capital markets, structuring and raising debt and equity for owners and developers. His experience includes working with Arthur Andersen in their Corporate Finance Real Estate Group, heading the Real Estate Investment Banking Group for Merrill Lynch and more recently as a Director of m3capital in Australia. Dan has also managed significant property disposals and undertaken due diligence assignments on some of the largest property acquisitions in Australia.

Steven has been active in the property valuation industry since 1997 and has a broad range of experience across all property sectors with a particular focus on Special Use and Going Concern property, inclusive of Health and Aged Care and Seniors Living.

Prior to joining m3property, he was with the Commonwealth Bank of Australia in a credit finance property role where key duties included valuation and consultant appointment and review, construction management risk and development feasibility analysis with a mandated lending range up to $200m. Prior to this, Steven was an Associate Director with an International Real Estate Agency where he undertook investment and development valuation and consultancy across major asset classes.
