Dan is the Director of Asset Advisory in Victoria. He specialises in expert advice and direction on major properties and developments around Australia. More recently he has built a network of clients and contacts in Asia, particularly in Singapore and Malaysia.

Dan has extensive experience in capital markets, structuring and raising debt and equity for owners and developers. Dan has managed significant property disposals and undertaken due diligence assignments on some of the largest property acquisitions in Australia.

Dan has been active in the real estate investment industry since 1985, gaining experience across a broad spectrum of sectors.

Dan commenced employment with m3property in 2001.

Simon Hickin

Simon is a Director and manages the Major Assets valuation and Health and Aged Care and Seniors Living teams in Adelaide undertaking valuation and consultancy assignments across a wide range of property sectors.

His experience includes a wide range of CBD office buildings, all forms of retail property including regional shopping centres, specialised manufacturing properties and subdivisional land. Clients include all major banking institutions and financiers, institutions, property trusts, syndicates, corporates and private investors.

Simon has more than 25 years’ experience in valuation and consultancy having spent a major portion of this time completing major investment property valuations and feasibility assignments, particularly within the Adelaide CBD.

Simon spent more than 20 years in the valuation and consultancy division of an international agency firm in Adelaide, as head of valuations in his final years, before joining m3property in 2013.

Ross Perkins

Ross is the Managing Director of m3property Queensland, currently overseeing the Commercial division.

Growing up in Central West Queensland, and coming from a trade background, Ross has over 25 years’ experience in the property industry. He has valuation and advisory experience in the office, retail and industrial sectors throughout Queensland; self-storage facilities throughout Australia; and specialised properties such as service stations, childcare centres, car parks, and accommodation premises throughout Queensland.

Prior to joining m3property, Ross was a major shareholder, State Managing Director and an Executive Director on the board of a listed property group. He was the founding Director of the Queensland branch of that group and took the business from a start-up to a mature business during his 10 years with the company. When the company was listed on the Stock Exchange, Ross gained experience in capital raising and corporate governance. Ross commenced employment with m3property in July 2007 and is a founding Director of the Queensland Business.

Andrew Duguid

Andrew is the Managing Director of m3property NSW and also manages the NSW Commercial team.  He is responsible for valuation and consulting tasks involving office assets within the Sydney CBD and metropolitan markets.  Typical assignments include valuations for commercial buildings for asset reporting, mortgage security (existing and development), rental assessments and determinations.  He also provides advice in respect of matters influencing property values including lease structuring, land tax and statutory valuation issues.

Over the course of his career, Andrew has worked across a range of asset classes including commercial, retail and industrial, undertaking valuations and advising clients on assets including CBD and metropolitan office buildings, regional, sub-regional and neighbourhood shopping centres, car parks and industrial buildings.

Andrew commenced his career in 1991 and became qualified as a valuer and admitted as an Associate of the Australian Property Institute in 1994.  Andrew commenced employment with m3property in April 2002.
