Jennifer has worked in property research for thirteen years with ten years experience at the National level.

Jennifer has worked across all the major sectors including Office, Retail, Industrial, Residential and Hotels.  Her experience includes senior positions in international agency-based research teams.

Jennifer’s key skills include forecasting of the main property indicators, data collection, organisation, analysis and reporting across the major States and Territories in Australia and research team management.

She has also contributed to a number of global property industry publications.

Casey Robinson

Casey commenced employment with m3property when the Queensland office opened in 2007. While based in Queensland, she works in a senior national role within both the Queensland office and as part of our national research team.

Casey produces high-quality research for internal usage. She prepares market commentaries across all property sectors as well as forecasts on supply, vacancy, demand, rental growth and yields, within the key property sectors. She is proficient in demographic analysis and the collection,
organisation and analysis of economic and demographic data.

Casey also prepares independent advisory and research for clients. In addition to preparing our research publications (Comm3ntary) and market updates for our significant client base, Casey is regularly commissioned to prepare work for major clients.

Some recent examples of projects which she has worked on include the analysis of industrial land supply, takeup and values in the Brisbane region; analysis of new industrial building supply in the Brisbane region; market rent and value analysis of medical suites in SEQ; various residential rental assessments; needs analysis for Inner Brisbane self-storage facility; and an analysis of growth in the market value of residential units within the Greater Brisbane Region.

Zoe Haskett

Zoe has had research experience in a broad range of property sectors including office, retail, industrial and residential. She also has solid experience in retail leasing for a number of different asset classes within South Australia.
Zoe joined m3property in January 2016 as Research Manager for SA undertaking in-depth analysis, market forecasts and comprehensive reports for a variety of sectors within the South Australian property market. Formerly employed by Vicinity Centres and Jones Lang LaSalle, Zoe has strong experience in analysing and interpreting real estate and economic data, along with having solid client relationship management skills and experience.
