Les has worked in most asset categories since commencing his career with the Valuer General's Office in 1977.
He has specialised in compulsory acquisition, rating appeals, litigation and rental determinations. This work involves many unusual and specialised properties throughout Victoria with a special emphasis on englobo land.
This work involves attendance at valuation conferences, mediations and providing expert evidence at the VCAT, County Court, Supreme Court and Federal Court.

Ross has been involved in the property industry since 1983, having gained experience across all market sectors in Queensland and Sydney. Prior to joining m3property he was part of a boutique consultancy group providing valuation, feasibility, investment analysis and due diligence services to a variety of developers, trusts, banks and investors within South-East Queensland and Victoria.
Ross previously worked for a private investment trust, where his role was to put together a portfolio of investment properties including commercial buildings in NSW and QLD.
While serving as the Managing Director and an Executive Director on the board of a listed property valuation company, Ross experienced the corporate governance and capital raising aspects of the company's IPO. During the 10 years he was Managing State Director of the Queensland division of the company, he focused on office and industrial precincts.
Ross is also experienced in valuing self storage facilities throughout Australia, service stations, child care centres, accommodation, hotels, marinas, golf courses and retail properties.

|
John commenced employment with the company in 2010 after 26 years experience in private valuation in Central Queensland and works within the Agribusiness division. John specialises in valuations for assessment of compensation in respect of acquisition of rural land for development of mining and gas field projects and associated infrastructure, such as railways, powerlines, pipelines and service roads.
John has provided advice to clients at conferences to negotiate settlements for various purposes and has appeared as an expert witness in the Land, Land Appeal and Family Courts, as well as the Mineral Resources Tribunal. He is available to provide advice and valuation evidence in support of land owners claims for compensation within the rural, mining,
petroleum and gas industries.

Stan has had in excess of four decades of experience in the property sector and his clients have included some of Australia's largest property owners and financial institutions.
Stan's valuation experience in a range of markets and asset classes has given him a unique skill set involving all classes of property valuations. Stan has also been responsible valuation of all forms of property and interests in land for litigation, compulsory acquisition, major infrastructure projects plus disposal and feasibility studies.
Stan's work has included commercial, industrial, land subdivision, business interests, retail, residential and rural properties.
He specialises in litigation and the assessment of compensation for acquisition of land for major capital works projects and has been actively involved with a number of major infrastructure projects including the Port Adelaide Expressway, Urban Super Highway, Salisbury Highway, South Road Extension and the Northern Expressway Project.
