Jennifer has worked in property research for thirteen years with ten years experience at the National level.
Jennifer has worked across all the major sectors including Office, Retail, industrial, Residential and Hotels. Her experience includes senior positions ininternational agency-based research teams.
Jennifers key skills include forecasting of the main property indicators, data collection, organisation, analysis and reporting across the major States andTerritories in Australia and research team management.
She has also contributed to a number of global property industry publications.

|
George is responsible for m3property research and consulting in Victoria and has over 15 years experience in research, economics and advisory roles focusing on markets across Australia.
George has developed a broad range of research and advisory skills, gained through extensive experience in both private and public sectors, including in property market analysis, project analysis and property economics.
George has worked across a range of property asset classes and has specialised knowledge in both residential (Greenfield, medium density, apartments, aged care, retirement living, student accommodation) and commercial (office, retail and industrial) property markets. He has represented local and state Governments as well as private developer and institutional clients.
His work on understanding current and emerging trends in property provides a unique perspective on property markets and their dynamics.
