Rating and Taxation

The Rating and Taxation department of m3property is recognised as Australia’s leading advisor in valuation based statutory assessments. We have broad experience in working on all classes of investment and specialised properties acting on behalf of Australia’s listed property trusts, corporations, government, superannuation funds and high net worth individuals.

Our role includes reviewing statutory assessments and if required, pursuing objections and appeals with the relevant authorities in each state and territory. We can also assist with budgeting and projections of statutory outgoings for existing assets, potential acquisitions and new developments.

Grant is the Chief Executive Officer of the National m3property Group and also leads the Rating and Taxation department.  Grant provides valuation advice throughout Australia and his expertise is highly sought after by property trusts, corporations, superannuation funds and private individuals. Grant regularly provides expert evidence to a number of courts and tribunals around Australia.

Grant’s experience is diverse and involves all property types including central business district office accommodation, major shopping centres, industrial estates, residential subdivisions, residential properties and numerous specialised properties.

Grant has been involved in the property industry since 1986 and gained qualification as a valuer in 1989.

Grant commenced employment with m3property in 1989 and was appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2011.

Kym Dreyer

Kym is Managing Director of m3property South Australia and also manages the Advisory team in the Adelaide office having joined m3property in 2012. In recent years, Kym has taken an active role in providing strategic valuation and property consultancy advice working directly with a range of government, semi-government, institutional, corporate and private clients.  This work has also included providing specific valuation advice on a range of properties including a number of property portfolios, major development projects, investment property and institutional assets.

Kym has been working as a Property Valuer since 1980 and has had extensive experience in all areas of residential, commercial, retail, industrial and investment property principally within the City of Adelaide, metropolitan area and major regional centres.

Kym commenced self-employment in July, 1988 initially undertaking residential and commercial valuations while also establishing a range of private, business and institutional clients who required specialised valuation advice through broad sectors of the property markets and was Managing Director of Egan National Valuers (SA) prior to merging with m3property in 2012.
