Steven is an Associate Director in the Commercial Office team, overseeing valuation and consulting tasks within Brisbane’s metropolitan markets and the greater Queensland eastern seaboard.
His expertise encompasses valuing primarily commercial offices, dealerships, mixed-use and development sites. However also includes industrial, englobo, retail and service station properties. These valuations serve various purposes, including mortgage, financial reporting, internal reporting, resumption and pre-purchase advice.
With 20+ years of experience spanning Australia, South Africa, England, and Swaziland, Steven holds esteemed credentials: AAPI, CPV, MRICS, and Valuers Registration Board of Queensland Registered Valuer. He has experience internationally across boutique specialised firms, large corporations, and government enterprises.
Steven initially joined M3 Property in early 2020 and briefly explored new opportunities in 2023 before rejoining the team in May 2023.
